-slt (Show technical information) switch

Sets technical mode for l (List) command.

shows detailed technical information for the files in archive.7z.

What the output looks like

Official Linux/macOS console binary: 7zz. Each archive gets a header block, then one block per entry, separated by blank lines. Output from 7zz l -slt backup.7z, trimmed:

Folders have empty CRC and Method. In a solid 7z archive, Packed Size is shown only for the first file of each block. Fields depend on the format: a zip listing starts with only Path, Type and Physical Size.

Common mistakes

Header-encrypted archives (-mhe=on) ask for a password even for l: file names are hidden. An archive that lists without a prompt but shows Encrypted = + has encrypted file data and visible names.
Do not take the last column of a plain l listing with awk '{print $NF}': pr/two words.txt came out as words.txt. The cut line above keeps spaces.
Parse by field name, not line position, and test your script on your own 7-Zip version. Output may differ between versions and formats.
